I have set this printer up according to instructions, it is connected to my router via wifi. The printer, my laptop and my wifes laptop are all on the same network. My wife can connect with her Mac book and print wireless. I am running Windows 11 Home and although the laptop recognized the printer and it is set to default, it shows as offline and I cannot print. It does not show in device manager either. I tried printing using my USB cable but no luck. I am sure it is a setting I am overlooking.......any ideas would help. Thanks in advance.
