ET-5170 Blank Prints after Firmware-Update

Hello everyone,

last week I performed a firmware-update on my Epson ET-5170 and since then all prints are blank.
I can scan via wifi or usb.

Firmware recovery tool says Status "downgraded (it cannot be updated)"

Reset to default didnt help, reinstall software tools or connection to PC didnt help. All print head cleaning programms didnt help.
