Hi, I have this copier/printer. The problem is that when it prints from a PC, the colors are very weak, pale, including black. If I copy from paper with a color sample, it prints very well. I did not find any shortcomings in the service settings, the color gradations are fine. Where could the problem be? Why is it that when I send a document from a computer, everything is barely visible?
